We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
TRACKING OF THE ORDER
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping company and tracking number of your order.
Due to current legislation, we are not able to ship to private addresses within the Russian Federation, but only to company addresses.

Customs and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient for purchases. For further support, please contact our customer service.
In the event of late payment of any customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and the resulting return shipment, Bouletta will refund the purchase price less any return shipping costs and fees. The shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.
