The quality of the materials is very good. However, a standard-sized pouch is used. As a result, the S24 simply falls out when the flap is opened, and the smartphone does not sit securely in the pouch. I would have expected a pouch specifically tailored to the size of the smartphone (S24).
The quality of the case is excellent. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because it is "multicase" - something that I missed when ordering. S25 is much bigger than S24, and the case is for S25. There are separate cases on the market for each of these phones.
I sent an email asking why my order 0n 3/28/25 was refunded the day after I received a tracking no. From Fedex on 3/29/25. I have not gotten a response to that email

The case for my phone was what I wanted.,so please with what I got . How ever ordered one for my wife phone at the same time, and it never turn up . Check my bank and had a refund ?? . So ordered it again and got a cancellation on it . Have ask twice now ask twice now as to why it was cancelled. But no reply , so even though I am happy with my case , there is zero customer interaction, as still waiting on a response to my query.
