US & Canada Orders
Our US & Canada orders are fulfilled by a network of warehouses across the US, usually from the location closest to your shipping address where your items are in inventory. All warehouses usually ship all orders within the next business day of receiving the order. If there is no stock in our warehouse in the USA, your order will be sent from our warehouses in the
UK, EU or TR.

International Orders (Non-US or EU)
Most of our orders ship within the next business day after order is placed. Note that after each order is placed, we leave a 24-hour window before it is fulfilled in our warehouse. This is to allow for last minute changes or order cancellations.
Shipping times vary slightly by courier and country of destination, and although the vast majority of orders are shipped much faster, fulfillment of orders can take up to 72 (business) hours after order is placed.
Please note that our warehouse staff do not ship any orders on weekends or public holidays.
