Wrong Item Sent & NO Customer Service -- My beautiful phone wallet is labelled for a Galaxy S22 Ultra, but the phone case is far too small for this phone. I tried using the Customer Service email form, sending an email, and chat, but have received no response from any of the options. I am very disappointed to pay so much for a useless item and have no way to return it.
This cover is rich! The top grain leather has a buttery softness that feels wonderful against the skin. The cover is certain to take on a rugged antique look the longer you have it. It fits perfectly on the phone. It’s not bulky and fits snug. Excellent craftsmanship. If you’re looking to stand out and be asked “where did you get that case?” This is the one for you. I’m ready to buy another one. Excellent delivery time.
