International Orders
International shipments are sent to most destinations via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We do this to ensure the best possible shipping experience.

First of all, this is the third case I’ve gotten from you. I like the cheetah print hair calf case that also closes for privacy, but now you offer a detachable case with the same print on the back . And I like the extra security that is incorporated into the phone case that is one of the reasons I bought this case the second was for the calf hair print the brand is trustworthy and it holds up well. I had one previously that I loved. This one keeps dropping my phone because the magnet is not holding it. I am hoping it is just a defect and no one else has this problem. I ordered another one from Amazon and it is great. Still trying to get Bouletta to refund the one that is defective.

Problem with case
I have a bouletta and love it. I purchased a new one because mine is looking worn. The new one keeps dropping my phone. The magnetic case is not holding it. I have tried to reach out several times but no response. Would like to get a replacement. No phone number to call.
The quality of the materials is very good. However, a standard-sized pouch is used. As a result, the S24 simply falls out when the flap is opened, and the smartphone does not sit securely in the pouch. I would have expected a pouch specifically tailored to the size of the smartphone (S24).
The quality of the case is excellent. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because it is "multicase" - something that I missed when ordering. S25 is much bigger than S24, and the case is for S25. There are separate cases on the market for each of these phones.
I sent an email asking why my order 0n 3/28/25 was refunded the day after I received a tracking no. From Fedex on 3/29/25. I have not gotten a response to that email
